Job Categories and Requirements: Join PAF
The PAF has announced two primary roles:
Education Instructor
Join as a teacher in various disciplines such as Physics, Mathematics, and English to train cadets and personnel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 22 to 29 years (as of 13th March 2025)
- Gender: Male
- Marital Status: Married/Unmarried
- Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan
- Height: Minimum 163 to 188 cm
- Educational Qualification:
- Physics Instructor: M.Sc. (16 years) or BS (4-year program) with Physics (minimum 2.7/4.00 CGPA)
- Mathematics Instructor: M.Sc. or BS in Mathematics (minimum 2.7/4.00 CGPA)
- English Instructor: MA English or BS English (minimum 2.7/4.00 CGPA)
Religious Teacher
This role involves religious training and spiritual development of Air Force personnel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 25 to 29 years (as of 13th March 2025)
- Gender: Male
- Marital Status: Married/Unmarried
- Nationality: Pakistani
- Height: 163 to 188 cm
- Educational Qualification:
- Dars-e-Nizami from a recognized Islamic institution
- Intermediate (FA/FSc) from a recognized board
- Must have passed HEC-recognized course or equivalent Islamic education
- Hafiz-e-Quran (preference)
- Proficiency in Qirat, Tajweed, and teaching Islamic principles
Required Documents at the Time of Registration
Applicants must bring the following:
- Original academic certificates and degrees (with marksheets)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs
- National Identity Card (CNIC) or Form-B
- Domicile certificate
- NADRA-issued computerized ID card
- Copies of all documents must be attested
Selection Procedure: Join PAF
The PAF follows a transparent and merit-based selection process:
1. Online Registration:
Visit www.joinpaf.gov.pk and complete the form between 11-17 June 2025.
2. Intelligence and Academic Tests:
Held at designated PAF selection centers. Candidates must prepare for subject-specific tests depending on their field (Physics, Math, English, or Islamiyat).
3. Initial Medical Examination:
Qualified candidates will undergo a medical checkup.
4. Interview:
A panel interview will assess communication skills, confidence, and subject knowledge.
5. Final Medical at PAF Hospital/AFIC:
Candidates will be declared “Fit” or “Unfit” based on complete physical assessment.
6. Final Selection:
