- Only female candidates holding valid CNIC and domiciles of the relevant Tehsil will be eligible to appear for the test.
- Candidates must strictly appear for one location only.
- Requests for changes after the lapse of test or interview time will not be entertained.
- The maximum age limit is 30 years.
- Applicants must bring original documents and one set of attested photocopies including:

- Domicile
- Educational certificates

- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Employees working in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
