1. Branch Manager (AVP Level)
Location: Sahiwal and Jacobabad
Reporting To: Regional Head
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation from a local or international HEC-recognized university/institute.
- Preference for Master’s Degree and certifications in Islamic Banking.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of banking experience, including 3 years in branch banking (preferably in Islamic Banking).
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Sound understanding of Islamic banking operations, AML/CFT, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, planning, and execution abilities.
2. Branch Operations Manager (OG-I / OG-II)
Location: Sahiwal and Jacobabad
Reporting To: RE – Operations
Qualifications: for NBP Jobs
- Graduation (minimum) from HEC-recognized institution.
- Preference given to Islamic Banking certification or Master’s degree.
Experience:
- 10 years of banking experience with 2 years in core branch operations.

- Hands-on expertise in branch management systems.
- Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations, customer service, and risk handling.
- Strong IT and reporting capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Teller (OG-III / OG-II)
Location: Gharo (Thatta), Hub (Balochistan)
Reporting To: Branch Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation; preference for Islamic Banking certification or diploma.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of banking experience preferred.
