These job openings are available on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, extendable based on performance.

1. Assistant Controller Examinations
- BPS: 17
- Number of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold an MCS, MS (IT), or a 4-year BCS degree with at least second division from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in academics or examinations within a government or HEC-recognized private institution or testing service is required.
- Age Limit: 24 to 40 years.
2. Computer Programmer
- BPS: 17
- Number of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess an MCS, MS (IT), or a 4-year BCS/BS in Software Engineering with at least second division from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in software and web development, application development, and design.
- Age Limit: 24 to 32 years.
3. Photographer / Cameraman
- BPS: 14
- Number of Posts: 01
- Educational Qualification: Graduation (minimum second division) with a diploma or certificate in photography from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in photography.
- Age Limit: 24 to 40 years.
Selection Procedure Rescue 1122
- Applications are invited for the above-mentioned project-based positions, offered initially for 2 years and extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Interested candidates must apply online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) at www.ctspak.com or via the Emergency Services Department’s website www.rescue.gov.pk.
- The deadline to apply is May 25, 2025. Ensure your application form reaches CTS by this date.
- Only fully completed application forms that meet the stated eligibility criteria will be considered.
- All official communication regarding recruitment will be made via the CTS and ESD websites.
- Candidates will go through written, psychological, physical, and skill-based assessments at designated centers.
- Lists of shortlisted and qualifying candidates will be published on CTS and ESD websites after each stage.
- Final interviews will be conducted at the Emergency Services Department Headquarters located in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
- At the time of the interview, candidates must submit a medical report issued by a government hospital certifying their physical fitness, including weight, height, eyesight, and tests for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates with vision less than 6/6 (without glasses), color blindness, BMI over 30, or any positive result for Hepatitis B/C, HIV, or RPR will be disqualified at any stage.
- No age or qualification relaxation will be granted except for government employees of the Emergency Services Department, who are eligible for a 5-year upper age relaxation for administrative positions.
- Height preference: Candidates with a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches and a chest size of at least 33 inches will be preferred.
- Applicants can apply for only one position. However, if suitable, the recruitment committee may assign them to another appropriate role.
- Preference will be given to local residents as per the address on CNIC.
- In case of a large number of applications, only those meeting enhanced or preferred criteria will be shortlisted.
- All candidates must justify their eligibility through valid documents. No candidate will be appointed without verification of educational and professional records, police clearance, and successful completion of training and medical clearance by an authorized board.
